Welcome to Power Play Career! I’m Joanne, the founder, and I’m thrilled to have you here. At Power Play Career, we specialize in providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to supporting professionals in the transformative midlife phase.
As a dedicated Career Transition Coach, Licensed Menopause Champion, and DISC human behavior Consultant, I offer a distinctive combination of skills that empower individuals during this pivotal stage of their journey. Through personalized one-on-one and group coaching, my goal is to guide midlife professionals through career transitions, navigate the challenges of menopause, and unlock their full potential by fostering self-awareness and improved interpersonal understanding.
With certifications as a career and employment strategist and a Passion Test facilitator, I bring a wealth of expertise to our sessions. I’ve also authored the e-book “Power You Ahead to Your New Job: 13 Steps from Resume to Your First 90 Days,” available on Amazon.
What sets me apart is my ability to truly listen – not just to what’s said, but also to what’s left unsaid. I have a passion for uncovering individuals’ stories, building mutual trust, and nurturing understanding.
